This fast-moving intermediate course from Tony Stoltzfus will introduce you to the tools and techniques coaches use to help leaders discover and clarify their life purpose. Using a four-part destiny model that includes Design, Passion, Preparation, and Calling, we’ll cover:

  • Biblical foundations of life purpose in God’s purposes, and how to coach people to live toward heaven
  • The context of allegiance to Christ that underlies destiny, and how to coach it
  • A baseline assessment to understand what your coachees need
  • Coaching tools for discovering and inventorying strengths and personality type
  • Dreams and dream obstacles
  • Discovery and clarification of personal values

Since you already have basic coaching skills, we’ll learn these skills by practicing them on each other in peer pairs during class sessions. So not only will you learn to coach, but you will be coached through a set of exercises that will help you clarify your own life purpose.

You must read the book, Christian Life Coaching Handbook before attending (otherwise you will not do very well at role playing with your peers :-)
